What to do if something is wrong

If your product is not working, contact your reseller or installer first.
Have your receipt or installation certificate available.


Warranty period

  • Products installed up to 2024-12-31: 3 years

  • Products sold from 2025-01-01, including Luna and Amp Guard: 5 years

  • Warranty is valid from the installation date


Important information

  • The warranty applies via our resellers/distributors

  • End users must contact their installer or reseller

  • Faults must be reported within 2 months of discovery

  • Installation must be performed by a certified electrician


What is covered?

  • Hardware defects under normal use

  • Software defects that cannot be resolved by support


What is not covered?

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect installation or configuration

  • Use outside intended instructions

  • Improper handling

  • External factors (e.g. power surges, lightning)

  • Incompatible vehicles

  • Second-hand products reinstalled elsewhere

  • Work by unauthorized electricians

  • Cosmetic dissatisfaction


Warranty resolution

Charge Amps will decide to:

  • Repair

  • Replace (new or equivalent product)

  • Provide financial compensation based on age and condition


Documentation required

  • Receipt or installation certificate

  • Purchase date

  • Reseller

  • Product type


Other

  • Terms may vary by market and partner

  • Charge Amps reserves the right to update terms

  • Warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights
